About us
At My Prosperity Tree we believe: every single one of us is capable of doing something truly extraordinary. We all have our own special talents and strengths, and real success comes from embracing what makes you unique. We don’t pretend to have every answer, but what we do have is a knack for asking the right questions. And when you work with us, you can count on getting genuine, heartfelt guidance every step of the way.
Our Roots: The Rules Behind the Wall
If you walk into the My Prosperity Tree office, you’ll see Our Roots posted clearly for everyone—employees, clients, visitors—to read.
They are not marketing.
They are not aspirational.
They are not open to interpretation.
They are the rules we operate by.
Most businesses confuse values with statements. They write things that sound good but don’t actually govern behavior. Our Roots are different. They exist to decide for you before emotion, pressure, or convenience gets involved.
If a rule doesn’t change what happens next, it isn’t a law.

Service Is Measured in Results
This is where most value statements fail.
At My Prosperity Tree, service is not defined by effort, intent, or how hard someone tried. Service is measured by measurable improvement. If an action does not increase revenue, protect revenue, or compound trust, it is not service—no matter how well intentioned it may be.
This law governs pricing, client work, internal projects, and time allocation. Feeling helpful is irrelevant if the outcome is weak.
Results are the standard.
There Will Be Cursing
This law exists for one reason: clarity.
We speak plainly. We do not sanitize language to protect comfort. When reality needs to be addressed directly, we address it directly. Strong language is allowed when it removes confusion, false optimism, or avoidance.
Offense is less costly than misunderstanding.
Truth comes before tone.

We Turn Turtles — Once
A struggling client or employee is like a turtle on its back. We help capable people get upright. We do not repeatedly rescue those who refuse to act.
This law protects the system from burnout, dependency, and emotional over-functioning. Help is available—but only to those who take responsibility once it’s offered.
Rescue without responsibility creates dependence.
Dependence kills outcomes.
Action Beats Intention
Good intentions do not move businesses forward. Action does.
Planning without execution is delay. Talking without implementing is avoidance. This law exists to eliminate the gap between knowing and doing.
Correction happens in motion. Decisions are made, acted on, and refined—not endlessly discussed.
Movement creates clarity.

Optionality Is a Lie
Too many choices destroy outcomes.
This law exists to remove indecision. Standards eliminate unnecessary debate. If everything is allowed, nothing is enforced. Freedom does not come from infinite options—it comes from clear constraints.
When a standard exists, we follow it.
When it doesn’t, we create one.
Prices Must Tell the Truth
Pricing is not emotional. It is informational.
We raise prices before increasing volume. If pricing does not reflect value, it is corrected. Underpricing hides reality, poisons decision-making, and leads to resentment on both sides of the relationship.
Unprofitable work is unethical to continue.
The numbers must be honest.

Decisions Have a Clock
Any required decision delayed beyond 72 hours defaults to no.
This law exists to eliminate stall tactics, indecision, and soft avoidance. Indecision is still a decision—it just costs more. Speed is a form of respect for the system, the people involved, and the opportunity itself.
Delay has consequences.
Accountability Is Visible
What is not tracked is not enforced.
What is not enforced decays.
This law governs scorecards, documentation, and reviews. We do not rely on memory, feelings, or intent. We use facts and patterns. Behavior is logged. Trends are addressed.
Visibility protects both the system and the people inside it.

Rescue Is Not an Operating Model
We do not chase.
We do not remind endlessly.
We do not carry unwilling participants.
Support follows action—not the other way around. Adults are responsible for their choices. This law applies to clients, employees, and leadership alike.
Ownership is mandatory.
Violate and Exit
This is the law that gives the rest their power.
Repeated violations of standards end participation. This applies internally and externally. Termination is not punishment—it is system hygiene. When standards are not enforced, they stop being real.
Prosperity requires enforcement.

Why These Roots Matter
These Roots are posted publicly because they are lived privately. They govern:
Hiring and firing
Pricing and scope
Client acceptance and termination
Decision-making speed
Internal accountability
They are not flexible. They are not situational. They are not softened for convenience. They exist so people don’t have to guess how we operate.

The Final Truth
Our Roots are not sayings you admire.
They are rules you obey.
If your values don’t change behavior, they aren’t values.
They’re decoration.
At My Prosperity Tree, the wall is not inspiration.
It’s instruction.
